CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS WORK. Woman at the front desk (Jody? NOT the lady with the really short hair) was really rude. Your hours and pick-up policies are ridiculous- how am I supposed to pick up my car when I work during the entirety of your business hours? Super inflexible. I even made several suggestion on when I could get my car (all of which meant changing MY schedule and missing work) and I was told “yeah that’s out of the question.” No one was willing to work with me on scheduling.

The paint job was not well done, I had to ask for additional cleaning/buffing prior to leaving the shop with my car. There was a major damage to the windshield that your shop did not take responsibility for, causing me severe stress. The job was NOT completed, the check engine lights were on. The tires pressure were not checked or balanced and I had to go pump up the tires when I drove off your shop. Crystal was very nice, but the results were a night mare. I will be reporting you to the better business bureau.

I am very pleased that my car was repaired in less than one week and looks brand new again. Upon picking it up I could see my car was really cared for in that it was washed and vacuumed out and the dash cleaned down. Very impressed with the level of service I received with Geico Express next door in getting my car in and getting me a rental. I worked with Grant and Camila. Big thanks to the entire team on both sides. My experience was unforgettable with the level of service and excellent job done to repair my car!!!

There is an outside rubber mat by the driver side which was changed and the surrounding of the rubber was just left untouched. It makes the work look poorly finished.
