There are two spots on my hood that were not fixed. I don't understand why ? We were not able to see the car prior to pick up and we will bring the car back on Friday. My car is less than 5 months old with less than 2500 miles on it, prior to hitting the deer it was perfect. I want it fixed properly.

I very specifically requested that they make sure my horn worked after everything was complete. When I got home I found that my horn still does NOT work and now I will have to bring my car back in and interrupt my work day to get this fixed.

The service was great, from the person processing the claim, the body shop employees to the person cleaning the car. Games provided very fast service and kept in constant communication via text. When I got the car back it was cleaner than when I brought it in. Definitely use them again is needed.
