I needed extensive repairs to my Honda HRV after being rear ended. After explaining to Mike that I needed it done by a certain date if possible, he made time for me to bring my car in a few days early. He made sure my car was being worked on everyday for the week it was in the shop so it could be done for me on time. I received text updates throughout the week letting me know the status of the repairs and what still needed to be done. My car was completed on the date and even exact time promised, and was so clean that it looked even better than when I bought it. I am beyond impressed by the customer service and appreciation Ellis and Salazar shows to their customers. I have become a lifelong customer and will be recommending them to all my friends!

Everyone from the front desk, Mr. Taylor, the manager to the gentleman who worked on my vehicle were amazing!! I was never once inconvenienced. I never even had to call to check on my car because I was contacted through the entire process. They were so nice and patient with my talkative, very energetic boys, by answering they’re many questions and offering a snack. I loved how clean and comfortable it was. (Mind you I had previously walked into a shop with a middle aged man asleep on the front office couch who asked me what time it was.) Peace of mind is huge and that’s exactly what you gave to a busy mom like me, THANK YOU!

I had my wheel reconditioned and it looks like there’s all kinds of overspray on the wheel which makes it not look stock. Many spots where it was glossy black now has an almost matte finish, but only in some areas. I’ll need it reconditioned again to make it look stock, since that’s what I thought the process was aiming to achieve. In addition, there are several suspect areas on the other (non-work related) side of the car that I am trying to buff out because it has some kind of overspray or something that won’t come off with a normal wash. Seems like an overall lack of attention to detail.
