Receptionist scheduled rental car service for me. I called and asked her to cancel. She said she would. I later received a voicemail from rental car to confirm reservation. I called your receptionist back who said she would call again to ensure cancellation. Later I received another call from them to confirm when id pick up rental so I cancelled myself. Also receptionist called me my husbands name. I corrected her and she wrote my name & number down. She then proceeded to immediately call me his name again. Then all text updates were to my # but in his name. Door was not open at 8am 2 out of the 3 times I came. One time receptionist let man waiting at door at about 805 in and another individual and I walked up and the door was still locked. Work was great. Man who gave estimate was great. Met 2 tow truck drivers at scene of accident who were kind.
