The work was completed and it looks great. The payment process was not as smooth. I was not informed that I would pay 3% premium from using my credit or debit card over $****,000. It makes no sense because you let me pay $****,000 by check and the balance by credit. Checks are more risky than debit or credit!

The repair was great and the repairman was nice and friendly. However your clerks and manager were very rude and unfriendly. One told me my insurance company would never cover the subsequent vandalism that occurred to my car. This discouraged me from reporting it sooner than I did. The manager and the two clerks treated me like a criminal when I wanted to use my t-moble mastercard as payment. Of course they refused it even though it could have been verified with one phone call. Also I called to get name and address of the Hertz rental car and I was told by Angie that she was too busy to give it to me. I emailed twice requesting this and no response. Not happy, sorry.
