I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday at 0800, was told by Kevin that it would be done on Thursday or Friday. When I called Signature on Thursday afternoon i was then told by Kevin that it wouldn't be fixed until late Monday or early Tuesday. It was not finished early tuesday, I did not know my truck was finished until I went in to check at 4pm. Communication was poor. Kevin said he tried to call, but he had a different number, and he said that my voicemail wasn't working. The paint job looked fabulous, looked as good as when I bought it. But customer service was poor, and communication was even worse.

Jason needs to be replaced. He has absolutely no people skills at all and has completely made a fool of himself. Your business would be much better off replacing him with the person I last spoke with.
