Well 1st, I would like to thank the team for their courteous and professional attention to my needs as a customer - always keeping me informed as well as a quick repair turn around to my vehicle. This is my 2nd repair done here at the 29th street location and as far as I am concerned, I will continue to get my collision repairs done here in the near future. Did an absolutely great job

It will need to come back. I know it probably isn't your fault but the steering is unacceptable. I've driven the smallest of cars to semi tractor trailers for ups. This is not a new **** joint issue. This is a steering column/mechanism issue. I drove it all day and it appears to be worse. I just had it serviced before the accident. I'll be calling the shop to figure out my next step...

My vehicle was kept 2 extra days the first time it was in and the job looked horribly rushed. I brought my vehicle back and was told that I had brought a beat up truck and he didn't know what I was expecting. The way Russ made me feel was morally inexcusable. He denied responsibility for the fact that there is some kind of overspray or something all over my hood from when it was repaired and painted. The paint had a massive orange peel to it, my door lock was sticking, my back driver side door handle was cracked, my gas cover had screws that had been stripped and one feel out and that wasn't all. My truck went back in for four days. A lot of the problems were mostly corrected, but of course not my hood. I thought this was a reputable business, but I was sadly mistaken. I work for hibdon tires and constantly have customers asking me who I recommend for body work. I use to recommend Davis Paint and Collision, but from now on I will HIGHLY recommend anywhere but Davis Paint and Collision.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The best part I feel the staff are honest and I didn't have any questions or concerns on any of my visits. Please tell Russ thanks for being so helpful.
