Jesse was the only one looking out for my interest during this process. I had to wait a day before I call my adjuster at Geico to ask him why did this take 33 days to complete. I'm happy with the work you shop did but I'm pissed with Geico for dragging this out so long. If anything happens to any of my other vehicles, I will gladly bring them to you repair shop. I never heard from anyone at Jim and Jack's regarding the status of my car repair. When I called, I was put on hold for Francisco, then told he would call back. That didn't happen. I had to drive over to see if my car was repaired. I would have cancelled the job if I had known there would be no response from anyone. On the bright side, the repair work was done well, but it was a bad experience, and I won't be back.
