I liked the auto text messages on status that I could respond to and get answers from someone ( Jesse) vs a black hole. The work is solid! Truck looks great. I think the gal at the desk should show the customer the work sheet before asking for payment being made, but that's just me perhaps. Overall a great experience and great people to work with. Great communication - no surprises on bill - went longer than expected so Jim & Jacks deal with Enterprise Rent A Car meant I did not pay my share of rental car expense for the additional days, only 6 a day but classy move.
