I am very unsatisfied. After receiving my car, I noticed that a box, containing a back up converter was missing -- this is a very expensive item. Why was the box touched at all? What has happened to my back-up converter? I immediately called Jimmy in Hermosa Beach -- he has not gotten back to me. I would like an answer, before I pursue this further. Genie M

Before Jacob my mechanic and Gabriel, I would only go to a BMW dealership to get things done. I am super pleased with the work done in my BMW X3. They treated me like family.
