This is the second car I get repaired at your shop and I've been very satisfied both times. Your work seems very ethical and I feel like I can trust any of your employees with my cars, everyone is very friendly and so helpful. This time, Sam helped me and he was very kind and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend your shop to anyone who I hear in need of a shop. Thank you for running such a great place.

They are currently working on completing the repairs. The bumper was removed and replaced with only **** new bracket, when it should've had 2 new ones. They were going to order the part and replace it. In my humble opinion, at the point of impact, the integrity of a car is already compromised. If a section is hit, the parts holding it together should be thought to be damaged due to the strain as well. It should be common sense to think to order new brackets to re-attach those parts and make sure they are securely attached as they were prior to that impact. A simple "touch" test would prove sufficient, as well as noticing the seams to the 2 parts were not connecting properly.

Came to pick up car today. Dust in painted area causing sharp bumps in paint, paint ran on wheel well. Buffing compound in panel gaps. Very poor work, and even worse QC process. Very surprised that work was deemed acceptable for return to customer. I had to leave car at shop so it could be corrected.

My Camero is my baby I was sick to my stomach and worried that it would never look the same. I worried more about the paimt job. I wish u could c the smile on my face. Jim n Jacks team was awesome from the receptionist to the rental car agency that's located n the store. The true test came when my husband gave the thumbs up. I hope I don't have to c u guys agai g but if the need arises I will come back. Thanks whole bunches . RaShon and George Chavis

The service was excellent. The front desk was so nice and helpful. Javier was amazing. So responsive, got my car done in 4 days. Gave me honest advice not to leave it over the weekend because it was the same as just brining it monday. He ordered my parts before I left my car to speed up the process. He is a 10! My car looks great! The rental car people are so nice. This is our third time with Jim and Jacks and we would recommend it to anyone!

I made it clear on what date I would pick up car, yet received numerous phone calls and emails regarding car pickup. And when I did pick up car on specified date, it was not ready... I had to wait 30 minutes for car wash. Your business is busy and chaotic and not responsive to customer needs. Will not be coming back nor recommending. Please do not call me.

Outstanding service! Great work. Extremely responsive. Finished work well ahead of projected schedule. Excellent communication. And having Enterprise Rent-a-car onsite was fantastic. This helped greatly reduce the headache of having to deal with a post-accident claim and repair. My only recommendation for improvement would be to contact the customer to see if it makes sense when a car requires new paint on one side of the vehicle to give the customer an estimate of what it would cost out-of-pocket to paint the rest of the car. But again, overall, outstanding experience with Jim & Jacks Collision!

Getting into an accident is very inconvenient in itself, but Jim and Jack's made everything as smooth and easy as possible. I appreciated their professionalism and prompt service.
