I took my car in last week for an estimate on damage from an accident which occurred on April 13, 2013. A claim was filed with State Farm Insurance and approved. I also requested an estimate for additional damage to my car unrelated to the claim. Zack took pictures of the entire car and stated I would receive estimates for both the claim and unrelated damage repairs that day. I waited for an email and did not receive one, so I called the next day and was sent an estimate for the work to be done for the approved claim, but not for the unrelated damage to the front of the car. I called back again and was transferred to Zack, who apologized for not sending me the unrelated damage estimate and stated that it was the responsibility of his boss to send estimates after reviewing them. When I received the claim I assumed that the repairs were for the obvious damage to the car unrelated to the claim. I took my car in two days later and looked over the damage with Zack. We looked at the damage to the front of the car which he said would be repaired, but he stated that to fix all of the scratches I would have to paint the entire car and this would not be worth the cost. Later that day my husband called to clarify the repairs to be made. Zack assured him it would be repaired to our satisfaction.
Upon inspecting my completed car today I was extremely displeased to find that the front right bumper still had obvious damage and it appeared nothing had been done to remedy it. Zack applied and supplied me with touch up paint to try and fix it. When I asked him how much it would cost to repair the bumper damage he stated it would be about 400 and not worth it to fix because I would probably get into an accident within a month and could get an insurance company to pay for it rather than have to pay for it myself. I found his response to be both offensive and condescending. I do not feel that he made a reasonable effort to ensure that I would be satisfied with the level of work provided by your company and am unhappy at the inconvenience this has caused. In addition, in order to have this damaged fixed I will have to be without my vehicle for another 2-3 days to have the car repaired.

I was totally satisfied with the customer service provided by Karen and Sam--however the repair work on my vehicle was not done properly. A portion of the"seam" on the left rear panel(the repair site) was not "flush" with the total seam and on the right rear--the bumper edge was not "flush" with the seam of the vehicle. I look forward to seeing a "completely repaired" vehicle next week. Thank you.
