The car is making a humming noise at high speeds (~35+ mph). I’m taking the car back on Friday (04/20/18) or Saturday (04/21/18). In addition, the gas lid was cut and is now completely detachable from the car.

This was the best repair place I have ever been to. When I first arrived, every time I walked through a door, someone opened it for me. Carlos was my repair rep and he was incredibly forthcoming, explained everything in layman’s terms, and I felt confident in all his recommendations. I received text messages every few days with progress updates and Carlos would call me within an hour of reciving the texts to provide additional commentary on the status. The car was done in the exact time frame indicated. This is where I will be getting all future repairs done. I had an amazing experience!

Pacific elite was so helful, and curtious. They called the car rental company for me, and took care of all the paperwork for the insurance company for me and they got my car fixed up in a short and orderly fashion and they also washed and detailed me car inside and out.
