I like to have everything in the same spot, all work is in the point, perfect color and finish. Thank you so much for everything. ( just one detail I missing, a trim just next to the side panel I saw it loosed and the other side was gone, the loosed one I had in the back of the pasanger shair and now is not there set back next ti the panel.

My estimated completion date was pushed back a few times for reasons unknown to me. Initially, there was a problem or two with receiving all the parts, but the Service King Rep. still stuck by the estimated completion date of 5/16/2018. I received a text on Monday, May 14 stating they were "nearing completion", so the original completion date appeared to be right on target. By Tuesday, I received a message stating the "paint booth was down on Monday, so they were delayed by a bit." My estimated completion date was changed from 5/16 to 5/21, and from all the trouble that was had, I was semi-okay with that. Well then the 21st turned into the 23rd which then turned into the 25th. This put me way overbudget for the rental that I was now paying 100%

I had taken my car there after picking it up from the location closest to my home. There it was going to sit the entire weekend while I paid for a rental car, despite having made an appointment to get an estimate. It was only after I went back to pick up the car and expressed concern that the manager spoke with me and offered to have someone look at it. I declined. At the West Chester location, a different environment. Kevin was pleasant to deal with and eager to get work on my car started. This is the second tI have had repair work done at the Reservoir Rd location. I was completely satisfied on both my ccasions.

No one feels great following an accident and going into a car repair experience, but Service King makes that experience as enjoyable as possible. Courteous, compassionate, excellent communications throughput, and very timely completion - ahead of schedule. Contrast that with other folks that we know experiences, there IS NO COMPARISON. Well Done!!

Everyone at Service King was AMAZING! From the time we walked in, there was nothing but smiles and great customer service. Representative that greated us was very knowledgeable about the service that would be done to my vehicle and made me feel at ease that they knew what they were doing. Very profesional. Loved the text messages informing me where my car was in the repair process and when their text system was down in one of the days, the representative called me directly to let me know how everything was moving along and when to expect a text/call for pick up. Upon picking up my vehicle, the process was quick. They drove the car into the parking lot and handed me the keys and went over the warranty information and I was driving out within 3-4 min. The repair job looked great as if nothing had ever happened to it. If I ever (knock on wood) would need car repair, I wouldn’t hesitate to take it back. Brilliant work from the crew at Service King.

Of course. I was satisfied throughout SK's cust.care after starting with Jenko and completing with Travis. Jenko and office kept me updated almost daily, so I wasn't left uncertain about anything. Then Travis took time to explain to me some great information about repairing dents. Much appreciated. Dani Wise

Well picked my 2012 cruze up on 24 of may ,noticed making funny sounds,going dead in middle road as I try toaccelerate,it's making noises of many types,took to several shops for inspection of results of what you services king had or hasnt done.Shop i went to just from looking under hood along seen several things wrong,it's not safeco fault, service king did not hook no turbo back up. I go back to shop Tuesday when open back up from memorial weekend,and will submit the error that service king has done. I thought it may been safeco not wanting hold libilty for this happening,but service king did not install the turbo and oil leaking,but will have u itemized mistakes you have made on my 2012 cruze..Mary C
