Originally thought it would be done on Friday, then the following Wednesday, then oops, parts did not make it in, then the next Friday. Picked up car heavily coated in sanding “dust”, internal fuel door area completely coated in more white “dust”, service advisor sprayed entire area with isopropyl school and stated wiping it all off ?? New bumper was misaligned by just a little but noticeable and not worthy of a brand new $40k car. Waited for bumper to be fixed. Then all done. Just expected a little more from this company. Seems like customer communication (the automated ?? texts don’t match the reality of the job progress) and quality assurance upon delivery could be improved. At least in my case.

Ray was awesome. I was given an estimate of 4 days for completion and it was done in two. They even fixed my flat tire. The only thing is I think they may have taken a little ride because there was 160 more miles on my car but it was returned clean and in good condition. I can't complain.

We had a very positive experience, and will be returning anytime we may have the need for vehicle repairs. I had unnecessary issues with the rental car agency that the insurance company initially assigned to assist me. Service King went above and beyond to make sure that my repair was completed as quickly as possible, as they didn't want anything else to be an inconvenience for us. I especially appreciated the gentlemen in the office, who went so far as to entertain my 2-year-old grandson, when I brought the vehicle in for initial estimate. Jay Byers called me with updates, and would always ask about my grandson by name. This type of customer service is very much appreciated, and somewhat in short supply these days.
