Eddie was very personable. He gave great customer service. He knew that my truck is used for work and facilitated everything efficiently so that my truck was repaired and ready a day earlier than I had expected. Aracelie was great about keeping me updated as to the status of my repair. She made me feel welcome and showed that she valued me as a customer. I will be using Seidners again. I will even take in my old cars for repairs. Thank u all so much. The team was wonderful.

Overall I was happy with my experience. The only thing that detracted from complete satisfaction was thy my car was delivered without proper inspection of the detailing, then had to be driven back to the repair center that same day which interrupted my work schedule since I had to come back home to receive the car. The detailing had not been handled in a careful manner as there were scratches on the tail lights among other issues. If it weren't for this, I would've been happy with my experience.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and extremely helpful. At all times I knew exactly what was happening with my car and I truly appreciated that. My car was done way ahead of the estimated time and it came out great. Totally happy with my whole experience and I would definitely recommend your shop!

This is my second time doing business with SEIDNER'S. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Even though the personnel are not the same, they are just as kind and professional as my first experience. Roman kept me up to date during the repairs from beginning to end. I have and will again recommend SEIDNER'S to my friends. Keep up the fantastic work!
