Was happy they kept me updated with the repairs and how things were going with my car. I felt in the loop and felt comfortable knowing my car is in good hands. When I got my car today it was about 20 min prior to closing! A very young boy handed me my keys and said have a nice day. No one walked me through an inspection of my car! I had an appointment in LA at 12:00 and was told I would be in and out by 11:00. I didn't even get picked up until around 11:30; after I called. I missed my appointment. Once I got home I inpectected my car and was not at all happy! There are two large gashes in the factory tent on my rear window along with a huge scratch! Plus there are several greesy hand prints on the interior of my car!
