Noted delay was due to Insurance Adjuster being slow in responding the calls in order to get insurance approval in order to repair auto. Once that issue was resolved car repair was completed timely and work was well done Auto looks Great. Thank you for a job well donee.

Had to take it back because I found a glob of dried sealer on the passenger door. Fortunately, it was an easy fix but inconvenient since I had to go right back.

Service was great. A little bothered by the misspelling of my last name on the paperwork. Spelled my name Goober instead of Gerber, the o and the e are nowhere near each other on the keyboard so I’m guessing it wasn’t a typo. The receptionist said she wrote it wrong. I guess some people don’t grow up. Service and repair was great otherwise. Person that handled the account was great.

The completion date was quicker than I anticipated. I feel I am in good hands with Joe and Kathy. The young lady who helped me I think her name was Maria was very helpful. I have had their services before and was very satisfied. The location of this service shop is lower Azusa and Rosemead Boulevard. Thank you.

Very professional staff. Friendly and courteous. I was updated at each step. I never had to call for status. The front office waited for me to arrive after work to pick up my car. I made it just in time before closing. I wasn't rushed thru the process and I was advised I could leave the Enterprise rental. I informed Enterprise dropping off rental and they will pick up next day. Very convenient for customers on time crunch. Great job with repair work and it was completed in a timely manner!

Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and professional. My car was done before the estimated time. As far as I can tell, it looks fantastic! When I picked up my car Mike went over everything with me, checking the repaired area and that lights all worked. I'd always recommend Schiedner's.
