Chris in your body shop really went out of his way to help me in a very difficult situation. Gold stars for him. To this point I am quite pleased with the choice to have Crest repair my car.

My car looks great. However, I'm frustrated that the insurance company and Crest didn't work it out between themselves to have the company pay Crest directly for the repairs for the additional hidden damage. Instead, I had to pay 500 out of pocket to get my car back and am still waiting for the insurance company to mail me a check.
