Everyone was so friendly. I enjoyed working with Chris and he stayed in contact with me so that I was aware of what was going on when. The only thing that was sort of weird was the texts I was receiving that told me my car would be ready on a different day then it actually was. I understand that the timing is not easy to predict but the problem was that it kept telling me the same day even though I was told by phone that it would be done earlier. Other than that I had a great experience there and will suggest it to others.

I was told that surface scratches would be buffed out and they clearly were not. Yet, my invoice shows 125.00 for buffing and polishing. It is an inconvenience to get the car back in but I will do so as my service rep suggested.
