My liaison from Crest was so polite and thoughtful. He's a real delight to work with. He helped me with the coordination for my Enterprise rental so I could quickly get back to my kids. As a mom of 5, I really appreciated that.

The body work was done very well, but my car's battery was not reconnected completely and it went dead on me in the Kroger parking lot. My husband had to tighten the connectors that were left loose. Other than that, we are very satisfied with our experience. Larry was very nice and the work was completed in a short amount of time!
