They said my car was ready and when I went to pick it up I noticed one of the parts stuck out and did not line up with the seam very well. They should have replaced that part before I came to pick it up. Instead I had to wait another Day until they ordered a new part and I had to bring my car back for them to install it. There should be better quality assurance to make sure the vehicles are ready before calling the customers. Maybe they were hoping I wouldn’t notice. I don’t know. But I noticed, they should have noticed and fixed it first.

Abra had our vehicle for four days before addressing any problems, then they moved it to a dealership without giving me the option on what I would like to do with my vehicle. Three months later we finally had our car back, which was not Abra’s fault.
Abra also was not always aware of the status of our vehicle, I had to call the dealership multiple times to get status. In general my interactions with Abra will not prompt me to be a return customer. All that said, whenever I interacted with the staff they were always friendly and pleasant to talk to.
