Customer service is outstanding. Mike is very professional and explained details clearly. I have a month old brand new car when someone scrape off paint in my car while parking. I just want to mention that whoever works on car need to ensure provide good quality, not just on paint job but other section of car that was touched. Right after I picked up my I found a weather strip in the back of my car which I almost discarded. I was told my car was vacuumed which I don't think was done. There was was shoe print in my car which scratches my door panel and put a dent on my speaker cover. Inside my trunk the cloth panel that was touched was not put back. There's long mark which was probably cause by blade when the section was taped. Today, I found that my gas tank fell because it was unscrewed. And lastly inside my car I found a panel screw which I stillhave to look where it should go back.

Repair took too long, the repair was subpar paint had to been redone then took longer because bumper had to be repainted , vehicle returned not clean,interior all dusty seat covers not removed ,treated very poorly when I was disappointed with quality of work afterwards in picking up vehicle..overall experience left bad taste in my mouth. Found some more imperfections in paint and not functioning/broken parts that should not have even been affected in repairs.
