The program, Repair Express, is well thought out. The three men-Jesse, Mike and Phil were extremely professional and well organized. Customer service from the 'front of the house' was superb. But, the workmanship and attention to detail from the 'back of the house' was sadly lacking. I was under the impression that my car would be put back to the condition it was before it was hit. At the first inspection I found several 'nibs'. Also some marks on the rear bumper (courtesy buff). I was told that dust particle caused it and to give them a little bit more time to make it right. I returned at 2pm to find there were still nibs in the front bumper. Mike assured me 'his guys' would fix it. I waited there at the shop with my two young daughters. Mike had them wash my car after the last repair, and at that time we just needed to go home. When we got home, I inspected the car and I discovered there are still 'nibs'. At least one on the front and one on the rear bumper (not sure how that happened as they were just supposed to buff out some scratches. I also noticed a scratch on the passenger door that was not there when Mike and I did the first walk around prior to the repairs. I want to be happy with your company. I chose to bring my car to you instead of Hinshaw which is much closer to my home. I am saddened by the whole situation. Starting with my car being hit in a parking lot, and the fact that it is not the way it was before the incident. I simply wanted my car to look as if it hadn't had body damage. Again, I wish to stress the level of customer service from Mike was above and beyond. However, the work itself wasn't up to par at all. I feel the person doing the repair should have checked for these 'nibs' prior to my being called to pick it up. I would greatly appreciate your fixing the nibs and the new scratch.

I took my truck in for repair and they did a horrible job I have a million water marks that where not there and the manager does not want to take responsibility for the poor work I'm furious and want this resolved ASAP this is a brand new truck and should not be in the condition it was left after the repair. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had What are you going to so to fix this problem ?? I hope this is not a survey just try and get positive feeds I really hope you take care of this. Also they left the rear bumper unfixed and sideways
