You took over a minth to do a simple repair, I am in the process of writing a strongly worded letter yo your proprietor. I received my car back and the back panel in the trunk over the battery was dislodged. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the time it took to fix my vehicle. I believe that the time exceeded due to negligence. I was yold that the bumper was placed aside and not able to be located. Then another story, then another story. I hope I never have to business with Abra ever again and will see to it that all of my colleagues, chapter fraternity and sorority family know how displeased I am with your conduct.
