Even when a customer is paying out of pocket. Be sure you treat them as if it was a claim through the insurance company. A customer would still like to get the same service as claims customer.

I had to call 6 days n2 repairs to find out what was going on! I understood it to be a bumper replacement! Inwasnleftntonassume it was major undercarriage damage! At the end of the day I had a rental and my bumper day **** looks fine! I haven't thoroughly looked but at 1st glance ok
