We had a difficult time with our repairs. Overall, the repairs took almost three weeks. The first time we picked it up, the bumper was obviously not on correctly but nobody wanted to admit it and were going to let us leave with our car like that. A new part was ordered. The second time we picked it up, the AC wasn't working so we were without a car for another day and a half.
Phillip, our point person, was polite and easy to work with.
