Everything was fine once someone showed up to open up the office 15 minutes after 7:00 which was supposed to be when the shop was to be open for business. When he came, he never apologized to have made me the customer wait, and started business as usual.
I was not impressed by that.

I can't think of anything. The text messages and emails keeping me updated on the status of my car were appreciated. Maybe checking everything with the customer to make sure everything works. In my case it would be the rear taillights, blinkers, rear windshield wiper. The tech did check the lift gate and rear camera with me.
