The team at the West St. Paul Abra shop, Eric, Tania and Craig in particular, were terrific! I showed up without an appointment, but they got me right in. Eric did a quick assessment of my car and then went right to work digging into the insurance claim information to make the ordeal as painless for me as possible (and it was!). Tania worked very diligently to find a rental car for me. She called several outlets, but they were all booked. That didn?t stop Tania! She kept calling--and calling back--pulling strings and calling in favors until one of the previously booked-up outlets found a car for me. Both Eric and Tania clearly went ?above and beyond? to help me out. Please make sure they are both recognized for their superb service!
As for the car, it was repaired professionally and ahead of schedule! The back end (the part repaired) is as good as new. I?m not sure who at Abra did all the great work (I?m sure there were a few), but I know Craig was instrumental. Please pass my thanks along to Craig and his team as well!
