ABRA was super--they were professional, friendly and helpful; your receptionist was great---I was very upset with my accident and she was so kind and helped me with all the calls I needed to make. As far as the car repairs--once again the staff was so helpful; we received updates every day and I couldn't believe it when you called to say our car was ready in only 5 days.
