My past & present experience working with Mike Schroer @ the Ham Lake Abra has been outstanding!!
He is very professional, & both his knowledgable & experience truly sets him apart from other repair shops. He takes the time to explain everything that is going to take place. Mike always keeps you posted on how things are going & then the timeframe they estimate for when the repair will be completed!! It was so helpful for Abra to set up my car rental for me, that made my the whole auto body repair process a lot less time consuming. I will continue to recommend /refer people to Mike, because of this very positive experience!
My husband & I both feel the car looks like new:) & coming from my husband who is very particular, that's a huge compliment!
