Mike did a great job keeping me updated on the progress. The text messages in between are a nice way to make your customers feel that there business is important to you.
When I picked my car up Steve wanted to make sure that if any questions or concerns come up to contact him to make sure I was satisfied.

I was very impressed with the service I received, consistent communication. The job was well done they completely replaced all the damaged parts reset the system configuration. They replaced my tale lights, trunk and bumper. I had a tale light notification on my car, I called the next day and the customer service lady was gracious and pleasant. I was really impressed and will be a customer for a long long time.
