John Rucinski helped make this unfortunate event as painless as it could have been for us. Not only did he get the car completed sooner than expected, he helped us to see the smart decision to get it repaired rather than leave it with the damage and sell it. When we got our car back looking so nice, we can't believe we even thought of getting rid of it as it does have low miles. We are thankful to John and Abra for saving us from making a costly decision that would have probably resulted in car payments for years.
