Ron was great and would call me with up dates along the way. I will highly recommend this shop to my friends if and when they ever need a repair done to their car. If I recall correctly Debbie at the front when you walk in is so calming and friendly as well. The two of them made the otherwise bad experience of being in an accident much better.
