Initially I was dissatisfied with the quality of the repair. It was made right by John, but then there was a construction accident inside the building, while inspecting the corrected repairs, that caused additional damage to another location on my vehicle. John got me a rental car and completed the additional repairs without any questions or hassles. The repair work has all been satisfactorily completed to both areas damaged.

Amanda, Debbie, and the team gave the best customer service of any company that I can recall in a long, long time..they made the process of repairs including drop off and pick up incredibly easy and convenient, they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, and even stayed late to wait for me when I got caught in traffic and then on very graciously came and picked me up from the car rental place. I have nothing but high praise for a Abra.

There are a couple of dings still on the side of the driver back door. One lady seemed not very nice when I was looking at my estimate, she said "that is not for your eyes". I didn't want to point out the other dings because I already had to take it back once because it was overlooked before. I'm just happy to have my vehicle back.
