I was never given an estimate for a time of repair. I was given an appointment to bring my car in for repair and it ended up taking 2 weeks to complete the repair. That's way over the time that I expected for a repair and while I may not know really how long such things take, I would have thought that if it was going to take around 2 weeks, that I would have been informed of that up front. I was told that a bunch of repairs had come in the day I dropped off, I don't feel that should have effected the length of my repair since I had made an appointment to get mine done. New repairs should have had to get in line behind mine.

I liked how informed I was of the progress of my car. I was thrilled to pick my car up today when it was supposed to be ready late Friday afternoon. They team at Abra also took care of the rental return for me which was so helpful because I ended up with my children & my dog in the car when I received the call that my car was ready!!!
