I was very happy with the door, but a little disappointed in the way the paint chip on my hood was "fixed." It was made clear to me that it was not going to be perfect, unless I wanted to file a separate claim. However, I was also told that the technician would "clean up" the chip with some paint and make it look much better. With Abra's reputation, I was really expecting a little more from the fix. The paint chip still looks bad, and I feel like the fix was sloppy. I could have done a better job with some touch up paint from the dealer and a fine artist brush. Overall, I am pleased with Abra and will use you guys again if I ever need to, but that one factor sort of left a bad taste in my mouth.

I primarily dealt with Chris and found him very pleasant and helpful. I hope never to need repairs like this to my car again, but if I did I would return to ABRA.
