Work looks great now, Miriam was very attentive and very supportive when I was accused of not having a valid endosement signature from PNC and had to mske three trips to get everything resolved. Ms JoAnn does her job thoroughly but could use a little more customer service skills because I attempted not to make it racial but her statements could have been taken a dofferent way. Overall it was an ok experience but PNC brancg manager was more accommodating, Wecould have appreciated a discount for the stress we were put under.

The mirror on my car was not repaired when I was told my car was ready, thus I had to leave my car another day. The childproof lock on the drivers side back door is stuck in the lock position. I do not have children and never have this on, this must have happened during repairs to my door. Side note: Miriam was a pleasure to work with.
