Scott is absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. From the time I stepped in until the time I came back to pick up my car, he was very kind. He also stated he would call me every morning with updates on my car and he did. Ms. Joann is a sweetheart as well! I will definitely continue to use this body shop anytime I am in Georgia...even if it's not the closest because this was the best customer service I have ever experienced at a body shop.
