I loved the competitive pricing, honesty, efficiency and professionalism of the whole team at the Fayetteville Branch and I hope this translates to all the other branches. I am definitely bringing my business back to this location next time I need repairs on any of my cars. Matter of fact, I will be taking my Kia Optima to this location for repairs really soon.

I was extremely happy with everything that was done. They did a fantastic job with everything that needed to be repaired. My only concern was that the Geico representative I met with when I originally brought the car there, told me that they could fix the very small rust spot that was on the fender right next to the new trunk (the fender was not damaged in the accident and the rust was pre-existing). When I dropped the car I mentioned it to the Abra Representative and he seemed a bit hesitant. I told him that I would pay and would like a quote. I replied to two of the texts and said that I wanted to know about the quote. I picked it up and night and when I looked at it, I thought it was actually fixed --but saw in the light the next day, I saw it was not done. ---Everything was very professionally handled. It was wonderful having the rental car and Geico on site. My car was returned beautifully cleaned and all work was well done.
