Given I was referred to Abra, I wasn't sure what to expect. I knew my referral was as harsh a critic as I am when it comes to great customer service. The entire staff exhibited genuine concern of my vehicle and the desire to get it right the "first" time. My initial contact was with Tim. He displayed the upmost professionalism and expressed concern for my daughter who was in the accident. He kept me updated each day and was thorough with his answers. Boomer was just as stellar in care upon exiting. He made certain I was satisfied and if I wasn't... The team wasn't! And what a team!! Ms Joanne is a true asset to your team and clearly the glue that keeps things humming right along. Kudos to you for being a fine example of what superior customer care should look and feel like.
