The guy at abra Fayetteville was real friendly I think his name was David..?? Not sure but he was the only male there he gets 2 thumbs up. The only thing wrong was the tech took off my push start button because my key fob wasn't working and he didn't replace it he left it in the cup holder and I had to replace it myself.

Eleani was most professional and kept us informed via telephone and txt messages and e-mail on status while not always happy about the condition we were kept informed.. It was upsetting to have Abra get a used hood, prep and paint before realizing it would not work. We then had a few day wait for a new one to arrive and be installed. Repair and paint are superb!
