As discussed with the manager on duty when I picked up my vehicle, the quality of work was not good. The edges of the bumper are rough and sloppy. It looks rushed and sloppy. I was told that it would be corrected when I return for other minor work which I was interested in but I don't think I will have it done here since the result on this work was less than expected. All employees were very courteous, just disappointed in the final result of the repair.

Josh and Christie were courteous and professional at all times. I feel like Christie went above and beyond customer service when my attempts to rent from Hertz failed and she recommended Enterprise Car Rental. Josh kept me informed and he has a very kind and gentle approach. I also appreciated receiving the text messages. The only thing I would change is that it took almost 3 weeks to get an appointment. I would like to have gotten in earlier. That speaks to how busy you are and that you could possibly expand your business. All that said, the auto body repair looks fantastic. Happy camper! :-)
