After setting my appointment and even following up during the scheduled week work was to begin, I showed up to learn the appointment was canceled. Additionally, I was met with no concern at the desk to try and rectify the situation. Only by my follow-up did the National call center see multiple failure points and took action to serve the customer. It was not an ideal experience. However you all came through in the end. Thank you.
