After a misunderstanding about what was being repaired on my car it was clarified exactly what was wrong and therefore repaired accordingly. After the miscommunication Mike apologized profusely if he failed to explain correctly what was being done. In our phone call about my car not being ready until a day later I misunderstood what he was talking about regarding my front bumper. All in all the damage was minor and the job was done correctly.
