First of all the whole experience from beggining to end was beyond my expectations! The text message system where I kept getting constant updates to my work were a magnificent and fast way for me to know what was going on and how long did I have and etc. besides the texts I got some phone calls but they mostly went to my voice mail, because I mostly cannot answer my phone but sure can read a text ;) when I arrived the front desk lady greeted me with a very genuine smile and started helping me out. Andrew Sheard, came out an told me a little about the work he had done and than Doug walked me out to my car and went over every single detail! Phenomenal service, staff and experience! Thanks for making this unfortunate situation an easy one to deal with. I'll be hopefully not needing your services soon but when the time comes it's to you that I'll be back ;)
