I was displeased with the original estimate received. The final cost was 75% higher than the estimate. If I'd had know the true cost I'd have not chosen to have it repaired. The timeframe required to fix the car also took a considerable amount more than originally planned (**** ****/2 vs. 5 weeks). Also although it's nice to get updates on my car, it's frustrating that they all say everything is "on track" when an estimated time can't be given. The actual repairs look great though.
