This was a great experience from the first phone call all the way up to the return of my vehicle. Erica is so upbeat and professional. She answered all my questions and made scheduling my car repairs very easy. This really set the right tone for me and feeling like made the right choice in bringing my car to ABRA. Brian guided me through the entire process from looking over my car and explaining how they will keep me updated on the repair process. Again I'm seeing the same upbeat and professionalism in Brian that I saw in Erica. I like the auto text feature that keep the customers updated on the process.
