Lisa was so nice and helpful. You could tell she’genuinely cares about people and it’s not just a job. When I arrived, she could tell I was in a lot of pain due to my accident the previous day and made my wait as short as possible, calling the car rental place to find out when they would arrive. She has always been very polite and probably on the phone and in person. What an outstanding team member. Also, Victor was so very helpful and professional.
