Bill kept me updating every step of the way. He listened to my issues. I really liked that he brought the old parts to the front so I could actually see why things were replaced. He was honest through the whole process and there weren't any surprise costs at the end. I saw his jacket said 2015 champions trip, I think it's time he had a 2018 champions trip with his great service!
I felt welcomed when I walked in and talked to Crystal. She handles herself very well even when dealing with difficult customers. She has a great professional speaking voice as well.
I haven't had a lot done with my vehicles but I love that car rental companies will pick you up here and you can leave the rental here for pickup. It made things so easy.
